Yes, we do require an appointment to try on gowns. You can book by clicking the "booking" tab here on our website!

We allow up to 5 guests to accompany the bride. We do not allow children, babies, or toddlers, so we ask that you keep the little ones at home. 

To provide all of our clients with a peaceful and luxurious shopping experience we do not allow small children, babies, or toddlers. 

Yes, we now have a buy now pay later option for purchases of $350 and greater. Come see us in store for more details.

Absolutely! Our stylists are very involved, and are trained to assist you in every step of your bridal shopping experience like consultation, dressing, sizing, and accessorizing. 

Our bridal gowns range from $499-$1499 for clearance and $1499-$4999 for regular priced gowns. Prices vary based on style and collection. 

We have over 200 styles of veils that range from $49 - $899. Prices vary based on style, and can change with the addition of any customizations. 

Yes of course! Something is always on sale in store, so if you're looking for a good deal come visit us!

Yes! We work closely with select designers who can make changes to gowns and veils for a completely personalized and unique look. Our options for customizations include but are not limited to custom length in front, custom train length, addition or removal of sleeves, modesty modifications, additional lace and beading, etc. Customizations may add additional cost depending on the request, and the request must be made prior to ordering. 

You should start shopping for your bridal gown 8-12 months prior to your big day. This will ensure that your options are not limited and you have enough time for ordering and alterations. This will also give you a cushion for any unanticipated delays.  

Yes! While options may be limited due to time, we will do everything we can to find you your perfect dress. We have over 500 gowns in stock available for purchase off the rack, and some quick ship gowns available for shipping. 

Yes! Our selection is very size inclusive with sizes 4-34 available to try on in store for bridal and bridesmaids gowns. 

We do not offer alterations in store. 

Bridesmaids gowns usually ship within 3-4 months of ordering. If you don't have that much time, we have many bridesmaids gowns for purchase off the rack as well.

All items are final sale. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for ordered items or items bought off the rack.
